Dinner is served - Intuitive eating made simpe

Bean Goulash
Ingredients

1 onion chopped (frozen and pre chopped is quickest)

400g tinned plum tomatoes

400g harricot beans (or any bean of choice)

400g kidney beans - drained and rinsed

2 cloves of garlic - peeled and chopped finely (lazy garlic is fine if time is short)

2 tbsp of olive or rapeseed oil

2 carrots - peeled and sliced
-
2 tsp of paprika (smoked paprika will add a warming taste)

1 tsp marmite
-
1 vegetable stock
-
1 tsp of honey
Method

Drain and rinse all beans in a colander

Add the oil to the large pan, once hot, add the onion and saute for 4 minutes

Lower the heat then add the garlic and paprika for 1 minute

Add the tomatoes, marmite, crumbled stock cube and honey
-
Half fill the empty tin of tomatoes with water and add to the pan
-
Simmer for 15 minutes
-
Add the rinsed beans and stir

Simmer for 30 minutes or put into a slow cooker on low for roughly 8 hours (if using a slow cooker add twice as much water)
