Join us on the beautiful island of Gozo, for a wonderful relaxing Nutrition, Yoga and Walking retreat for women experiencing perimenopause, menopause and post menopause.

Retreats are a super way of hitting the pause button, to focus on your own health and wellbeing. Choose to come solo or bring a friend or loved one. Either way, you will meet like-minded people, visit amazing locations, see stunning sun sets and learn how to eat well for your future health.

 

Please register your interest and the team will contact you to discuss your booking in more detail. We do this to make your experience more personal, allowing you the chance to get to know the team so we get to know all our clients prior to arrival.

 

 

We are now able to offer blood anaysis to check various biomarkers of health such as, LDL Cholesterol; HDL Cholesterol; %HDL of Total Cholesterol; Liver health; Thyroid check; Body fit; Vitamin D; Omega 6 & 3; Vitamin B12; Plant-based diets and Nutri check.

Sample Itinerary

Day 1 

  • Welcome drinks and meet the team

  • One to one session booking for Nutrition, Personal Training and Beauty Treatments

  • Evening meal

Day 2

  • Morning stretch and breathe

  • Breakfast

  • Stroll to Xaghra village and orientation

  • Boat ride to the island of Comino, caves and Santa Maria Bay for picnic lunch incl. sunbathing or walking

  • Breathe and restore yoga

  • Evening meal

Day 3

  • Early morning walk

  • Yoga by the sea

  • Brunch

  • Menopause Nutrition Talk - Intuitive Eating - learn how to listen to your bodies cues to guide you around food, resulting in huge impact on health and wellbeing with a focus on health and not weight loss as an outcome.

  • Free time. Nutrition 1:1, PT sessions and Beauty Treatments (all at an extra cost and prebookable on day 1)

  • Visit to The Basilica of Ta' Penu

  • Sunset Yoga at Dwejra

  • Evening meal

Day 4

  • Hiit Class with a view

  • Yoga on the beach

  • Breakfast and free time

  • Lunch

  • Guided tour of Ggantija temples

  • BBQ night and games

Day 5

  • Short walk followed by Yoga

  • Breakfast

  • Nutrition talk - Know the REAL facts about nutrients during the menopause - Carbohydrate, protein, fats, vitamins and minerals

  • Ta' Mena Agritourism, wine and food tasting lunch

  • Breathe and restore yoga

  • Evening meal

Day 6

  • Late rise and breakfast at leisure

  • Free time with Nutrition 1:1, Personal Training 1:1 or Beauty Treatments (extra)

  • Nutrition Talk - Pre and post workout nutrition

  • Free time followed by Yoga

  • Evening meal

Day 7

  • Walk to Ramla Bay, yoga then stroll back

  • Citadel tour and Lunch

  • Unwind, release and group Reiki

  • Farewell Dinner Party

  1. Full Board (breakfast, lunch and dinner incl. none alcoholic drinks)

  2. All group classes and guided walks - our fitness expert is highly qualified in various areas of group fitness and personal training.

  3. Nutrition talks - from a Master of Science in Public Health Nutrition

  1. Flights - roughly between £79 - £180, early booking is advised.

  5. Snacks and drinks outside of meal times and alcohlic drinks

  6. Car hire (this can be arranged if you would like to hire a car to explore the island in your free time. Please advise on booking)
